R3-X is a social media post scheduling and content creation platform. It allows you to create, schedule, and publish posts to connected social media accounts using AI-assisted content generation.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activity under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
You retain ownership of all content you create and upload. By using the service, you grant R3-X a limited license to store, process, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the service (e.g., publishing to social media platforms on your behalf).
Content generated by AI features is provided as-is. You are responsible for reviewing and approving all content before publishing. R3-X is not liable for AI-generated content that may be inaccurate or inappropriate.
When you connect social media accounts, you authorize R3-X to publish content on your behalf. You can revoke this access at any time from Settings. R3-X is not responsible for changes to third-party platform APIs or policies.
You may not use R3-X to publish spam, illegal content, or content that violates third-party platform policies. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
R3-X is provided "as is" without warranties. We are not liable for failed publications, lost data, or any damages arising from use of the service.
